Haye: "Date with Vitali to be confirmed"

I thought Haye at cruiserweight was really good and when his intentioned move to the heavyweights came about it was interesting.But he immediately started his big mouth trash talk after knocking Bonin over,went back down to cruiser then back up.It wasn`t long when he started calling out Wlad Klitschko in a shopping arcade why the **** do that so early? At heavyweight his big mouthing **** was more effective than his boxing,and his fragile toe.

 

What is the latest on this fight?

Is it almost a go?

Without PPV Haye makes less than against Chisora. Could be an issue.

 

The funny thing about this fight is Haye can actually win this fight if he push the pace against Vitali. What makes vitali strong is he keeps people at bay with his jab and fighters don't usually engage him but instead eat jabs all night and get tag with right's since they stand right in front of him. It doesn't help that his size and reach plays an important attribute against other opponents. If Haye can push the pace and make Vitali fight then Haye can actually win this fight but if he does the same thing like he did against Wald then he is going to lose on points !!!

 

Vitali will be what, 42 by the time this fight happens? I think he turns 42 in July or so.

I like Haye but why is this fight a big fight? Haye lost easily to Vitali's brother who is not as good as Vitali.

 

Wlad is pretty much better across the board excluding chin, defensive reflexes, stamina. Ok that list isn't as small as i originally thought. But everything else is Wlad.

 

Wlad is significantly better H2H than the 41 year old Vitali. He also brings a different style and a different set of attributes to the ring.

 

I'd say his defensive reflexes are quite a bit better than Vitali's. He hardly ever gets hit flush.

 

I always thought Wlad's defense was more down to his ATG jab and power and ability to maintain correct range. Vitali's seems more unorthodox and intuitive. More than one way to crack an egg though.

 

I am anxious to hear what Vitali's side says regarding this possible fight and how close they are to sealing the deal.

I doubt Vitali will fight Haye in the summer. It seems Vitali wants to be Major of Kiew again. The election should be in the summer.

The Wlad that Haye fought is far better than the Vitali we have seen for the last 2-3 years.

We want to know who is currently the number 2 HW in the World, is it old Vitali or is it as i suspect the Hayemaker?


Can't see the fight happening, Vitali/Boente have been avoiding it for awhile now, they know it's risky.
