    Boxing isn't a fair sport.

    The greatest fighters are born, not taught.

    Roy Jones
    Ali
    Robinson
    Leonard
    Tyson
    Floyd
    Ward

    Sure you got "good " fighters, who were taught. Marquez, Klitschko's, calzaghe etc

    Those guys probably worked harder in training, but a lifetime of training, it couldn't give them what the true greats had, that natural skills that make them the best

    those guys like Jones or Leonard still had to work hard. There are guys out there now who have all the skills in the world and don't work hard enough to get good or improve. No fighter is born. It is hard work for all of them. When you go to a Hall of Fame dinner and see the fighters interact like Hearns with Jones or Duran with Tyson you can see a respect. They know what the other one went thru.

    To be the greatest at anything takes one part natural talent and one part hard work. You can go very far with just one, but not as far as you can with both.

    I think it's the most fair of sports, think about it, if your not over 6 feet you got no chance in the NBA, if your not rich you can't play hockey as a kid cause it's so expensive, if your not fast you can't run track, and NFL size is so important that most people who play in high school don't have a shot. But if your tough and willing to learn you can at least try. I believe you have to be rich for MMA training but it's unwatchable to me.
