I think the posters that say Donaire would win by knockout maybe very young .so you can not blame them. Naseem would have Donaire holding on after the first whallop! do not underestimate Hamed
naz would end up like his compatriot Magri..21;00 mark. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z5M8llJyxyE
go on and continue to laugh, I also like hamed but even now donaire is miles ahead of him in terms of resume, hamed hasn't proven anything except get clowned once he faced an elite fighter
at which weight ? lets not forget this is 122 not up a weight division like the barerra fight Hamed was a monster at 122 not many beat him at 122 imo and certainly not donaire NOBODY wanted anything to do with Hamed at 122.
Chuckling at those thinking Hamed would be KO'd. Shows how much they know about him. Dude was pretty much a 122 fighter pitting himself against bigger featherweights, and had never come close to being stopped. His visits to the canvas were mainly because of balance. Anyway, I'd favour Naseem in a boring, tactical affair. Both guys would be looking to counterpunch.
Hmm, I'm not sure if Donaire would lend him (certainly the older Naz - who became too much of a one-punch fighter) enough opportunities to do put his lights out. But I suppose it's possible against the younger one who put his punches in combos.
Hamed via KO if it's Hamed pre kevin kelly after being outboxed at times by Donaire but Hamed eventually lands and gets the ko.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlQ6l3un48Q I give props to Barrera for fighting naz after this seeing this fight but why did morales and barrera not want the fight at a lower weight years before I am not sure they would have beaten naz in his best sharp days at 122.Morales and Barrera were offered the fight in 2000 but turned it down. Besides which they turned down the Hamed fight he should have been fighting Morales or Barerra but only augie sanchez accepted the fight. On a different night when Hamed is sharper whos to say he doesn't catch Barrera and ko him ? Barrera was probably a juicer anyway.
Donaire by mid round KO/TKO. I think Donaire respects Naz power and controls him from the outside. He waits for Naz to get impatient going for a KO and counters him. While Naz had speed and power and he can't help himself to lunge for a power shot.
Very true, WTF. Hamed wins without a shadow of doubt. Also laughing at these threads whenever anyone says someone will tko/ko Hamed, it's hilarious and they DKSAB
I see no reason Donaire should be expected to win by KO His best bet would be to outbox Hamed, but since his defense is based more on reflex, he'd take some bombs from Hamed who had power in both hands and is faster than a lot of guys that have found Donaire's face in his career He will go down the greater fighter, but I don't think he'd win
I would love to say Donaire, but he invites boxers in to counter and hopefully land his left hook. But, how can he have a chance of countering Nassem, the guy was way too fast at 122. All I can see is a win on points for Prince. The outsider odds would be a Donaire KO, but I just don't see that happening.
