Mundine is friends with Nathan Merrit, Gordon Tallis, Blake Fergerson.
Last year he was endorsing Fergo & Merrit to play on the wing for NSW.

Once again the resident ****** fails with another one of his ******ed threads.

 

The guy likes to think he's some sort of trailblazer so it shits him to tears to see other aboriginals doing well.

Gordon Tallis isn't indigenous mate. He grew up in Townsville - and like so many of us that played league he hung out with all the black fellas (good fellas too) - but he's not definitely not aboriginal.

 

I respect Mundine's skill in the ring, and what he does for charity, but someone needs to cut his tongue out.

...even though that's how he gets paid so much, the majority pays to see him KO'd.

 

Gorden Tallis is aboriginal (how much is uncertain) Mundine cant handle any indigineous althlete out doing him and being in the limelight. The reason why he talks merritt etc up is they are no threat to him, if they were around in the late 90's he wouldnt have talked em up.

 

Mundine cried poor victim too early. By the time he realised he had a privileged upbringing in comparison to his fellows it was too late to back down from his vanity. His Dad sold his LAST remaining house when he was seventeen years old.

There is renting, and there is eating dirt.

Now it's a competition to see who does the most charity, he's got his fingers in that many pies that its impossible not to become a hypocrite. He's a Muslim too.
Surely the Koran is the same drivel as this garbage, just in Arabic.

Gloves off for Mundine and Geale in support of local ‘Kool Kids’

Anthony Mundine and Daniel Geale put their boxing gloves aside and took up a paintbrush in support of the local Kool Kids club recently, a program run by Weave Youth Family Community for children aged 7-13 in Maroubra, La Perouse and surrounding South Sydney areas.

The fundraising auction event was hosted and run by the All Sorts Gym and Indoor Sports, a long-time supporter of the Kool Kids club, whose aim is to support the development of wellbeing and life skills by building on strengths and enhancing connections within the community and family unit. All Sorts has provided Kool Kids with a swimming skills program, indoor sports and sailing sessions.
The evening included a silent auction of boomerangs, donated and hand crafted by respected Koori elder, Laddie Timbery and then uniquely painted by an impressive list of indigenous sports stars, celebrities, artists and community leaders. Some of the featured artists included:

• Anthony Mundine and Daniel Geale, professional boxers
• Adam Goodes and Lewis Jetta, Sydney Swans players
• Gary, Mark and Glen Ella, Australian Rugby Union Legends, as well as their sister, Marcia Ella Duncan
• Timana Tahu, Greg Inglis, Nathan Merrit, Rhys Wesser, Preston Campbell, Dylan Farrel and Chris Sandow, NRL players
• Adam Hill and Graham Toomey, Indigenous artists

In addition to the beautifully painted boomerangs, a live auction was held featuring a signed South Sydney Rabbitohs jersey, a corporate box for 16 people to a Sydney Kings home game, a Kool Kids La Perouse inspired painted surf board, a holiday for 6 people to Port Douglas and a celebrity chef experience. All items were generously donated by supporters of the event.
NRL superstar, Greg Inglis, whose painted boomerang fetched a whopping $500, addressed the crowd and thanked them for their attendance and the much-needed support that was being provided to the Kool Kids club. Guests were also treated to an intimate performance by Mahalia Barnes and Prinnie Stevens.
The VIP guest list was captivated and the celebrity crowd outshone by a dance and song performed by the Kool Jarums group, formed by girls from the Kool Kids club.
Through the generous support of the attendees, the auction raised over $15,000 on the night. The Kool Kids club is still seeking corporate support to allow them to continue this successful program supporting children in the South Sydney region.
