He was still freely moving and comfortable throwing his punches though, but you're right. He never did anything even remotely worthy after that fight and was considered dangerous prior to it.

They mean he has dogged fights Kessler,Geale,Golvkin,Trout. He's never dogged it in the sense of dogging it in a actual fight. Like some haters say KT,Oscar more recently Dawson against Ward did.
