My coach told me today that there is a tournament on 28th and the weigh in is on 27th evening.

I am 60 kgs atm and want to cut atleast 4 kgs (more if possible). I was on creatine for a week or so. I want to regain the lost weight back on the fight day.

Supplements that I have with me: Multivitamin and whey protein

I also have green tea and herbal laxatives which I think may help me.

Experienced guys plz help on this!

    Thank you.

I cut from 190 lbs to 182 lbs for wrestling twice a week so obviously my case is different due to the weight difference, but yes cutting ~8.5 lbs in 2 days is very doable. Hell I do it all the day before. Just don't eat or drink anything the night before weigh-ins + the entire day before the weigh-ins in the evening. That's 5 lbs right there at least for me. Then you could just sweat out the last 3.5 in a sauna (in wrestling we have a hard practice the day before a meet so that's where I sweat my sweat out)

For a 64 kg guy it's a pretty decent percentage though.

4kg's in 2 days isnt that bad just cut as much water weight as you can stay away from things like salt that will have you retaining water

4kgs is nothing with the right metabolism...especially if you're given 2 full days.

Nobody in the world can metabolise 4kgs in 2 days, it's only possible by losing water.

Also you can go on the toilet and empty your bowels, not sure if laxatives are legal in boxing.

4 kg's in 2 days is a lot to lose safely, and in such a way that you are able to perform during your bout.

What weight do you normally fight at?
