no way is gsp number two, just because so many fans have gay crushes on him doesn't count. doing just enough to win when silva bulldozes the competition and fedor being on a higher plane makes gsp not in the conversation for number two.

Just enough to win? It is not like he is squeaking out decision wins. He dominates and hardly looses a round in the process.

he dominates mostly with wrestling and minimal damage compared to fedor and silva.

I find winning every round more dominant than losing a round or more then winning by KO.

true but its a very mathematical view of the sport. Remember these are fights not math tests. Last time GSP lost a round he got KOed by a huge underdog and he was never the same fighter again. Silva lost most of a fight injured and vs a cheater he still came back for the rematch and went for the KO. As great as GSP is he is not very confident for the caliber of fighter he is.

So you hold it against GSP that he's fought everybody in his division and hasn't lost a round since 2007?

GSP got KOed for the first and only time in his career, by a huge underdog, then came back and stopped him to regain the title.

In fact, both men who have defeated GSP have been stopped in rematches. One of them twice. :-(

In victory, GSP doesn't put distance between himself and opponents like Anderson Silva does. Anderson Silva is just head and shoulders above the competition. 10 Title Defenses, and The UFC record for most consecutive wins (16) trumps GSP's accomplishments. The Spider is the universally recognized p4p King for a reason, the same reason why JJ is #2 in most books. @ winning every round since 2007, come on son.
