Oscar also fought the undefeated version of MAG, which is safe to say the better version. MAG had 14 months off stepping in vs. Kosta.

 

Oscar won the greatest achievement an amateur boxer can win, Kosta had a chance to and didn't. Kosta also had twice the losses Oscar had while they both fought almost an equal amount of opponents. kosta may have been the best amateur in the world during his time but Oscar was 4 years younger and made a bigger impact in his time.

 

No Oscar would outbox Zoo to a UD win.

 

the only guy that was going to beat Oscar in his prime was Mosley and that was only if Oscar went forward thinking he could get the best of him toe to toe, thinking he had the power and speed to drop Shane. And this is exactly why Oscar lost to shane, shane was simply a shade faster, with a great chin and Oscar fought with a pretty dumb gameplan.

To beat Oscar, you need to be faster and hope to god he doesn't decide to box you because he had tremedous boxing skills when he decided that is how he wants to beat you. (check their 2nd fight for reference)
Kosta would not outspeed Oscar, he would have to hope to catch him and hurt him, but Oscar had a great chin so that wasnt going to happen. Oscar would be too fast and beat him to the punch. I think Oscar beats him either way though, if he wanted to stand and trade, or if he wanted to box.
