Lamont Peterson signs with Golden Boy

    Lamont Peterson has signed with GBP according to an official press release and there's an article on front page of ESB.

    What are everybody's thoughts on this? Very interesting development I say.

    They might try an match him an lucas together so at least that way he gets a title and is kept away from danny a while so goldenboy can say they will let the fight marinate a little longer and have danny v lucas as a big unification fight......or khan might get his rematch. Either way goldenboy has a good hold on 140 and can make the fights easier without having to deal with TR or the other promoters

    Lucas is now mandotary for the WBC so no need to jump ship and go for the IBF, he can go on his belt collecting mission once danny garcia is dealt with.
