Dawson, Hopkins, Pascal and Cloud are all overrated chumps, none of them are "elite" Kovalev destroys all of them.
Kovalev looked good... but its too early to tell how elite he is... it would be interesting to see him fight another tier fighter.
Kovalevs awesome and the future of LHW but right now you'd have to pick Dawson and Pascal over him, the rest of the division can be his though.
I fear that this might actually be the case. The reason for that fear, mind you, has little to do with Kovalev himself or his ability (which is considerable) and more to do with the fact that this will mark the first time that I find myself in agreement with Vladamir23. *shudders a little at the thought*
Not really surprised this thread was created by Vlad23. But yeah, the LHW division is in awful shape and Kovalev looked terrific against Campillo.
Race has nothing to do with it. Just look at their recent fights: Sad Chad got KTFO by feather fisted Ward. Flopkins quit against Sad Chad and fought like a coward in the rematch. Pascal looked awful against ancient Flopkins. Cloud got his ass whooped by Campillo, who was annihilated by Kovalev. Kovalev annihilates all of them.
