Well you weren't working on your stamina, you weren't punching or in a proper boxing stance. That round consisted of you getting chased around and bashed by a low level female boxer while you bent over and tried to hug her. She looked stronger than you physically as well when she tried to stop your hugging. Honestly dude that video is embarrassing in every way for you. That video is embarrassing to your trainer as well, that was some of the most pointless sparring I've ever seen and truthfully neither of you should've been in there until you learn something about balance and footwork, learning how to throw a jab, hook and cross. You need the basics first before you try to pretend you're Mayweather while blocking punches with your face.

She looked physically stronger because she used all her body weight and still couldn't get me off her? I don't mind criticism at all, that's why I'm posting these videos. But I feel like I'm talking in circles in here. A lot of gyms have different training techniques. I don't understand why everyone is hating on this one. She wasn't hurting me at all. I was in there ****ing with her. You can even hear me talking ****. The point of putting the video on YouTube is so people can say..."oooh, a girl beating up a guy!" Its all about views. I do admit that I shouldn't have wasted peoples time by posting it in this forum.

Cause it's a shitty training technique, bro.

I understand being defensive; But here's the thing, man, getting wailed on while beat tired serves no purpose to anybody. It looks like you were knackered; No business even getting punched at that point.

Also, basics, basics, basics. Go right back to the drawing board. If you cant atleast hold form under fire, you open yourself up to creating some real bad habits for yourself. I'd work a bit before going live fire anymore.

I second guess your trainer. Having a green and grass lady fighter use a gassed male fighter as a punching bag is just stupid. You aren't ready for six rounds of sparring in this "suicide" fashion, and it's up to HIM to realize that. You had nothing to offer at all, that's just plain dumb.

Keep working, simplify things, and keep OUT of the ring once you've used up all you have. You didn't help her, you looked like crap, and you learned squat.

You want criticism, but there is very little to criticize; You have bad form in these videos, you don't stick to the basics, and you aren't DOING IT RIGHT. Go do a REAL spar, when you are fresh as a daisy, and going hard enough that you actually use some real boxing skill and explosion, and then we'd have more to talk about. Getting run around while gassed, people are going to tell you, hey, you got ran around and you looked tired. Give us some real evaluation material if you want a real evaluation.

What training technique was that? You weren't training anything. You weren't even in a boxing stance, it was just hugging and looking at the ground. Post up a video of you sparring properly if you want a proper critique. I'm pretty sure that girl won't be facing anybody who doesn't punch back and stares at the ground during a fight so I don't see how you can say you were helping her out.

Honestly i could see having someone spar when they are exhausted maybe one time...and than have it done with someone who can't really hurt them..maybe just one time..just to give them the physical and mental feel of it..and than say "see, we wan't to get you into such good shape that you never end up feeling that way in fight"...

thats hit..i could see doing it once for that reason..but using it as a regular training technique is just plain dumb.

It's not my trainer's fault I was exhausted. It's my own fault. I need to work on my stamina. I shouldn't be that winded after five rounds. The point of the exercise isn't to purposefully put an exhausted fighter against a fresh one. I've seen guys go up to six rounds and still be fresh as a daisy. We do the exercise, and if you are winded, that's on you. That means you need to get your **** together...work on your endurance.

My coach also wouldn't have let me get pounded like that against a experienced fighter. When I get in trouble against the experienced guys, he is always quick to break it if I'm unable to find my way out. He knows the girl couldn't really hurt me. He knew that the only thing that was really wrong with me was exhaustion. That's why he kept yelling "keep going until he takes a knee!"

Mr Tony I have no beef with you- however you seem a little bit rude and unhappy with the advice you've been given. They've not being particuarly harsh most of the advice is quite fair. I'll be honest with you.

If I got a pair of those mini boxing gloves people put on their mirrors in cars- and I put one on each of my TWO testicles using superglue- and then tied my hands behind my back. I reckon I could outscore you just using my bollocks.

I liked the music then Nicky Minaj came on.

But your better then Ylem - so congrats

Mrtony posts a video, people say the obvious, mrtony makes excuses, people restate the obvious and then some, mrtony make more excuses, etc.

    It's a bit tiresome.

I've been knackered in sparring but I never gave up every bit of defence I had. I find it hard to believe that after five rounds you couldn't even stand straight up any more. I think the more obvious answer is that you have no idea what to do when inside.

I've been put in the ring with females and it's tricky because you can't really punch them. But you do need to make them pay for mistakes otherwise it's useless. Since she was basically wailing from the waist that shouldn't have been too hard.

It's no secret that I don't like you but in this forum I always try to be helpful. You can't be helped though. You do not take advice, you're full of **** and all you're interested in is looking like a boxer. You've reached your destination man, you look the part. Get someone to cave your nose in and it's done.

Tony, you should honestly work on swallowing your ego and taking peoples advice on board.
