Will Geale Fight GGG Next or Wait for Sturm-Soliman Winner?

If I'm Geale I'd take the money fight w/Sturm

 

Geale should stay the **** away from GGG if he knows what's good for him.

 

I honestly don't see the Geale-Golovkin fight happening 2013. A Sturm rematch is still big money and after that Gary Shaw will insist on getting a US debut for Geale against someone like Macklin or Barker.

 

Did he not say he would be coming back to reclaim what is rightfully his from Golovkin, it will be interesting if he is true to his word. The IBF throwing up the Sturm-Soliman Winner as mandatory (they seem to be **** hot at enforcing fights) could throw a convenient spanner in the works and give Geale a readymade excuse.

 

Another domestic showdown payday with Soliman if he wins. If Sturm wins, I'd say no to fighting him again, especially in Germany, and would make my move to America and HBO, where a fight with Macklin would be my priority or Barker if I wanted a slightly softer touch.

Shaw is asking IBF to put on hold Geale fighting Solimon/Sterm winning so Geale can have a unification fight vs GGG.

Thats whats being reported in Australia anyway.

 

Inexplicably Soliman was the IBF #1 mandatory (well spent bribe money for Shaw ) but Sturm managed to lure Soliman into a fight probably with a nice payday so if Sturm wins he'll be the IBF mandatory. Im assuming Geale has 9 months before he has to fight them though, if he sets up a fight against the Sturm/Soliman winner rather than Golovkin it would be rather blatant avoidance. Im going to be optimistic and assume that's not going to happen.

 

I would be pleasantly surprised if Geale fights GGG. Then Geale's a good boy

I or any sane person would go for the money fight and that would be Sturm, if he wins. But Geale should now have it in Australia to avoid a robbery. If no Sturm, then GGG in the states, I would say.

 

GGG vs geale is what the hardcore fans want.

 

Sturm would be higher reward and less risk - hard to resist.
