lol he's awful, didnt he want to fight someone well known that time, he would have got knocked out cold
Jesus wow... ''UFC fighters are the masters of all trades, better than boxers'' I never want to hear that out of a mma fans mouth again
He did better than I remembered from when I first saw the video Diaz held back too and he didn't get schooled he blocks punches all the time with his face he's a little bit like Margarito even though it is probably not good for his health if he does that even in sparring. Of course his boxing isn't on the level of an elite pro boxer but it isn't bad
http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=152826&cat=boxer yeah anderson was very succesful in boxing these ufc guys talking how bad they and that they wanna face boxers and what not. than they punch so slow and without power, like nick diaz or anderson silva, just shows you how crappy ufc is. because in the ufc silva is a big puncher in boxing he loses to a knowbody. imagine prime boxers hitting ufc fighters with there boxing power, heads would be fly around the octagon. nick diaz weighs 170 pounds and smaller 154 omar (RIP) punches harder than him, than imagine a sparring session of nick with a top boxer who also makes 170 pounds like kessler, damn diaz would cry after half a round.
Anderson, Diaz, Aldo not a chance. The best boxer in MMA is Yodsanan 3K Battery "The Thai Tyson". Ex WBA Super Featherweight Champ with a record of 58-3-1 with 47 KOs. He's a pretty tasty Muay Thai fighter to. I'm no real MMA fan, but of course boxers are gonna be better at boxing than MMA guys, they bloody well should be as they spend all their time purely schooling their hands learning the sweet science, MMA fighters don't dispute that, they have maximum respect for boxers hand skills. In the same manner a boxer would be a deluded fool to dispute the fact he'd get KTFO against a decent Thai boxer who's devoted their entire life to "The Science of Eight Limbs" as opposed to the "Sweet Science" of only two limbs. MMA fighters have to divide their time between many differing styles, it's just common sense fellas. You'll find nothing but respect gets bestowed upon boxers in Muay Thai, MMA & Kickboxing circles.
R.I.P Omar....a Chicago GG fighter like myself could TOY with Diaz... that was embarrasing. I hope for his sake hes better at BJJ or Wrestling so hes not that horrific in MMA
