Who was the Fastest Boxer?

Well, he's dominating the poll results. You have to expect the fans of other fighters to vote for their guy.

 

Well, he was obviously past his prime.

 

In that case I go with PBF ... RJJ had good hand speed but reflexes were overrated and lack thereof lead to his demise.

 

Are you kidding me? His reflexes were overrated? They were God like during his prime.

 

RJJ fought at the speeds of a minimumweight but he went all the way to Heavyweight with that speed. He is the most impressive fighter I've ever seen, even against Tito I was amazed at how fast his hands still were and in his prime his hands, feet and reflexes were untouched.

 

Roy Jones was the fastest.

 

Yeah I think we can nominate that for dumbest comment ever.

In RJJ prime his speed was amazing and his reflexes allowed him to get away with things most fighters could ever dream of. I have to go with Roy on this one but Mel Taylor should be on this list as well.

RJJ and frankly it aint even close, anyone that voted for mayweather either knows **** all about boxing or is an irrational nuthugger, i mean PBF one of my all time fave fighters but judah proved he was faster than him never mind roy

If this was an all time list would need names like patterson, ali, leonard, tyson, camacho and most importantly meldrick taylor whose is the only person i've witnessed who could be faster than jones, but in the last 15 years no one comes close to jones

 

Johnny Tapia could be mentioned in that group.
