True but Guerrero is on great form, Alexander is still just the quitter who got gifted against Kotelnik and Matthysse in most peoples eyes and Mayweather knows that

This is from Floyd himself, though. Not his team.

You say belts mean nothing to Floyd...ask yourself why he fought Ortiz, what Ortiz brought to the table, and why Mayweather loves to parade his fifty million green belts before and after every fight, if they mean nothing to him

it wasn't just cause Ortiz was beatable(lol) or because he beat Berto, it was because he brought something to the table

The IBF can say what they want. I don't believe for one second they wouldn't approve Floyd/Devon.

    Ortiz was ****ing picked dude.

the Pacquiao fight was hanging there for 2 years by that point, a much larger payday but decides to fight Ortiz instead!

WBC would have put up a Diamond Belt for the fight as well most probably.

Ask yourself this question - why was Floyd more than willing NOT to pay the WBA a sanctioning fee for the Mosley fight BUT was willing to pay the WBA a fee for the Cotto fight?

Its not me saying that belts mean nothing to Floyd, he said it himself, am only reiterating the point.

Brook deserves our sympathy here, whether you rate him or don't it can't be denied that he's been ****ed over. If Golden Boy had anything to do with this it wouldn't surprise considering how under-handed they are. Hopefully they haven't and don't allow Mayweather vs Alexander for everyone's sake (it would be an AWFUL fight anyway).

If Alexander doesn't agree to defend his belt agains Kell then he's a chicken ****. FACT.

He signed a contract and has been bragging about how Brook's not in his league. Now he goes and bails out on the fight. If his injury is legitimate then fair enough, re-schedule and do it later this year. If he's just made it the whole injury up though so he can go and fight Floyd and get the payday then he's a coward.

I know fighting by Mayweather he'd make tonnes more money but that doesn't matter in this case, he already has a fight signed and sealed and shouldn't be available. You can't sign a contract and then expect to be able to rip it up because you've been offered a better one. He made a commitment to fight his mandatory, either see it through or be known as a gutless punk.

If Kell pulled out of this fight to face Floyd would he be a chicken ****? You say he would make more money facing Floyd but then say it doesn't matter. This is Prizefighting. It matters most.

If Kell behaved like Alexander has then yes, he would be. When you sign a contract to fight you have to see it through. You can't make your opponent train his arse off for months and then pull out at the last minute because you've been offered another fight, no matter who you are. It's weasel-like and these men are meant to be proud warriors. If you shake hands with another man and agree to fight him then you have to honour your word. If you don't you're not a true warrior.
