I know there's about 80,000 threads on here discussing this fight so let me just get straight to point. Please post your official prediction on what result this fight will have. Just one sentence will do. It's so everyone knows what everyone else's official prediction is.

My prediction - Frampton by a tight decision win.

    What's yours?

Frampton by late stoppage. I just think Martinez is going to get frustrated by Framtpon's speed and footwork and look for the big shots towards the end of the fight which means he'll get caught and probably stopped. I think the first 6 rounds will be quite tight though and Frampton will have a few hurdles along the way.

It's odd that we're all predicting Frampton stoppage considering Martinez is only 26 and has never been stopped. I just think Frampton is going to go up a gear, the amount Munroe landed on Martinez makes me think if Frampton can do the same but with his heavier hands he will have enough power to force a stoppage.

Is it me or does Frampton look a lot bigger than Martinez?

If Munroe beats him so does Frampton and he might be the first to stop him.

Frampton by wide unanimous decision if he boxes off the back foot
or round 6 or 7 ko if he fights him

Frampton strikes me as a rhythm fighter, once he starts doing his little dancing and in and out combinations he can great to watch not to mention very frustrating for his opponent, I also think he's the type of fighter who will have the best brought out of him by a better opponent.

Martinez is not as snappy or aggressive as he used to be, and I can imagine after about 9 rounds he will start to get very frustrated and teed off on, maybe stopped but its a big ask

pointswise unless Martinez can somehow bring all of that experience in to play then I can't see him taking too many rounds off Carl

Will be Frampton 8-12 or pts I think, can see him going easy for first 5 rounds getting points in the bag then going for it. Will put that in a double I think

Interesting footage of weigh in, i thought Frampton was gonna be fair bit taller than martinez but looking at them face to face it aint to big. I can see Frampton getting the decision but expect controversy with the decision. Kiko looks ready for war, if he gets inside I think he does some serious damage to frampton cos im not convinved that shane has got the nouse to create a game plan to take kiko apart on the outside. Frampton will get pulled into a war mid rounds which will be bad idea. sd for me.
