WBA doesn't sanction WBA International titles. WBA Interntional body is an affiliate...and is as is in most cases a private (family) enterprise.
I could, if I wanted to, approach WBA & seek membership with my newly formed WBA Asia Pacific organisation. There would be no probs, albeit PABA would no doubt kick-up stink Same happened with Asian Boxing Council & WBC. OPBF (being one of WBC's mothers) naturally kicked-up stink, but all to no avail.......membership $ is a $
