Over the course of boxing history? During the division's history? Or in a single division at one time? Middleweight has had the most cumulative talent with Fitzsimmons, Robinson, Greb, Ketchel, Monzon, Hagler, Hearns, Jones, Hopkins, and now Martinez. For the relatively short time its been around junior lightweight has had some crazy talent: Flash Elorde, Saddler, Mayweather, Arguello, Chavez Sr., Azumah Nelson, Fenech, Chacon, Boza-Edwards, Corrales, Casamayor, Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Pacquiao, etc. The junior welterweight division in 2004-2005 was the most stacked I've ever seen a weight class at one time. It featured: Tsyua, Mayweather, Gatti, Sharmba Mitchell, Hatton, Cotto, Malinaggi, Forbes, Kelson Pinto, Ben Tackie, Corley, Randall Bailey, Vivian Harris, Witter, Panchito Pojado, Lovemore N'Dou, Vince Phillips, David Diaz, Leonard Dorin, Spadafora, Jesse James Leija, and Kendall Holt. I've never seen a division with such a lethal top 25.
It seems like a lot of talent bottle-necks at 140 for some reason. Its happened in the Carlos Ortiz-Eddie Perkins-Duillio Loi era, then the Chavez era, and its happening again now.

MW all time for me. Top heavy, deep, and consistent. In recent years, I was loving Bantamweight as recently as the end of 2011 when it was stacked with: Donaire, Montiel, Moreno, Mares, Agbeko, Perez, Darchinyan, Arce, Koki, Yamanaka.
Our recent feather-fat lightweight era was great with Barrera Marquez hamed morales PAC. Stacked and any of those guys is a pick em with any feather in history, with good b players like Kelly junior jones and Sanchez and McCullough who would probably beat jokers like caballero and even broner, who hasn't fought anybody except Deleon and demarco. All time easy lightweight division now. Also about that time you had floyd and corrales at 130 and guys like Norwood at feather. Stacked around there.
168 about 10 years ago was a hunting ground for legends :deal everyone from Ashira to Pudwill, Salem to Thornberry were all there.
In terms of time it has to be 168. So many greats have fought in that weight class Over all though I would have to say heavy
