I do like Eddie Hearn. It's the in thing to be skeptical but I like the way he works better than other promoters. Even if a lot of it is lip service, it works on me. I like the way he's easilly accessable and will explain things and seems pretty honest.

That said, I'll still say if he's doing something I don't like. Like Frampton. I'd far prefer he got in there with Quigg rather than the 2000 IBF mandatory route that Hearn is talking about. He's not done at this level yet and he won't be until he's beat Quigg (which I see him doing).

A loss to Quigg is far from the end of the road for Frampton too. He'd have many options afterwards.

Anyway, yeah, Hearn is the man. **** the haters.

Love what Eddie is doing, seems to enjoy helping the careers of all of his fighters.

Keeps his fighters active and has a genuine enthusiasm for the sport.

Definitely a step up from the relics that were letting the sport stagnate for so long!

I started writing a lords prayer for eddie but I got bored instantly. I'm safe in the knowledge that the sentiment was there.

He's getting a maximum of 600,000 viewers for his hows. And that is not very often. Repeats of Bullseye on Challenge TV get more than some Prizefighter shows. Hardly the way forward.
