23 year old khan vs 23 year old broner. RESUME COMPARISON.

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by Ko puncher, Feb 17, 2013.

  1. Khan also had a solid KTFO loss on his record by this point, as well. :D
I still hate Broner but I just had to throw that out there.

Poor Khan groupies are really reaching for straws here, trying to blank out the imagine of A Mere getting dusted in 1.

Anybody who can't see that Broner has far more talent and skills than Khan is pretty damn dim.

Ok wateva. Presscot is still better then anyone on broners resume. He beat abril who beat rios. That says all u need to know about the level of boners opp.

Khan has nothing to lose since his lost his 0.

    Thats why he wanted mayweather.

Broner ****s Khan up at any weight.

He got beat in like a minute.

    it was embarrassing.

He became a laughing stock with nothing to lose.

I don't think anyone doubts that Khan's resume is better.

Also the consensus is that if they ever fight, it will be a Broner KO or Khan UD.

Khan might have had more solid wins at this stage of his career BUT he was already KTFO:d by Prescott and been on the floor multiple times.

Uh. Whats with all this ktfo stuff? There are at least 2 questionabpe decisions on broners resume, so he has already revieved gifts. Khan git ktfo and then went on a b level opponent streak, while boner is still feasting on c-d level guys and getting tagged all day long.

the guy in brackets he is referring to, theres a reason he isn't counting him

realistically, Broner should indeed have 2 losses on his resume

here we have a great example of the failing American education system. the thread title clearly states resume comparison yet this thick plank goes on about talent and skills

Prescott got soundly outboxed by Kevin Mitchell.

    Nuff said.

I am pretty sure Khan won that fight. So then can we not count the PDL "win" on Broners resume?

I don't think you read things thoroughly. The OP wanted to count Maidana as an undefeated fighter when he met up with Khan (which he wasn't). I was simply telling him that you can't do that but even if we broke the rules, made an exception and did count it Khan barely escaped with his life anyway. It's not like he steamrolled him or something.

No one is disputing that he got a W but all that bout did for his career is further expose his vulnerabilities. If you wanna hang your hat on that then, hey, by all means, be my guest.
