lol well records arent totally irrelevant as it can often show how far you got in tournaments etc. but i know that most womens tournaments involve only 2 or 3 fights.one girl at my gym is having to go over to sweden for a decent competition. pro boxing at the lower levels is really a nasty thing that i would only get involved in if i had little other options, little money, little support and you get people on the likes of ESB calling you a bum
I have, but I'd like to do it smart. Continue as an amateur, do my best there, see if I can't at least make the Olympic Trials in 2011 or the Olympics in 2012; and make sure I'm guaranteed a fair bit of change with a good promotional team before turning pro; turn pro, make the money, and get the **** out before getting my brains beat in.
Personally i wouldnt turn pro becasue the sport is corrupt and also one lose and its pretty much all over and unless your the best outh there ur just gonna b a punch bag.i hav spoke to alot of guys who were pro and had record lik 2 and 2 and hav sed its the worst decision they hav ever made stay am and hav fun and get a job with decent money.a pro boxer is a hard life and about 0.0001% make decent enough money to not hav to work again
