Thurman is too slow for these divisions and while I hope he does well, I don't see him being a force long term.

He can't make 147 anymore IMAO so I won't bother with that division. At 154 I would favor Molina, Lara, Trout, Canelo and 3G if he can make the weight at all.

    LBC,

Surely you can't really think that Thurman, as he is right now, will beat all comers.

He's a little slow, and he has some serious flaws in his game.

I'm a big Thurman fan, I think he will keep improving and I think he will absolutely NEVER be in a boring fight, but I will be very surprised if he makes it to the top of any division.

-That would be great, though. He's a hard guy not to like.

Very enojyable to watch, but at 154 I'd back Canelo, Cotto, Trout, Lara, Molina, Kirkland, Angulo, Vanes, and pretty much anyone decent at 160 who can make 154. At 147 Mayweather, Marquez, Pacquiao, Brook, Alexander, Bradley and Guerrero.

However as someone above said he has an entertaining style and is likely to improve, but right now alot of people beat him.

Are you saying he will not make weight for his upcoming 147 lb title eliminator with Zavek, in less than 3 weeks?

    To OP/TS = doesn't Triple G fight at 160lbs?
I think he suffers a bit of over-rating... his last fight wasnt impressive at all. He did get spoiled by his opponent some though.

To others = im very sure his last fight was at the Welterweight division already, as he's dropping back down.....
