Just out of general curiousity. A lot of people choose some of the bigger, stronger lightheavyweights to beat him ( no doubt based on his KO losses ) and I was just wondering if anyone's opinion was any different before we saw him get knocked out.

Who did you feel could beat him when he looked invincible, if anybody at all?

Save for heavyweights, I more so want to know who you felt could've beaten him at MW, SMW, LHW.

In his prime? I don't think anybody who was around during his prime could do it.

    Gerald McClellan.

He beat Roy in the amatuers and I feel he'd be the one guy to beat him in his prime.

Nobody from 160-175 would beat him. He was the most athletic freak of nature ever seen in the ring.

People may have been competitive, but H2H, I would NEVER bet against a prime RJJ.

Mcclellan i feel would have taken him

I kind of think Benn mite have been able to walk through what Jones had to throw,

Would have liked to have seen Eubank and Collins fight him, both of those would have given Roy something to think about although i feel Collins is sometimes a little limited and over-rated.

Calzaghe would have been shat on if he fought roy in his prime, and i'm a big calzaghe fan!!

AT 175 I think Foster would bethe best bet. Quick, great puncher, one of the greatest ever at any weight, doesn't need to land clean to KO Roy.
