Considering he cheated for that fight, I would say the "win" should be struck from his record.

Not that much, he had a few fights at WW first and was a huge LW. Mayweather at 154 against Oscar is a bigger jump, he'd only had 3 fights at WW where he was small and weighed 148 in the ring

Pretty likely he cheate for both of them.

 

He got busted for steroids. AND he clearly lost the second fight.

 

Pac was HUGE at the lower weights before moving up, regularly fought as a lww at featherweight and lets not forget Oscar was drained down to his lowest weight on the scales for nearly TWELVE YEARS, at 35 years old.

Pac outweighed Oscar on fightnight also.

Also worth remembering Mosley fought oscar at his best weight at the time.

The greatest stunt pacquiao ever pulled was convincing the world he's a midget. He was cheating the scales for years!

 

Cheating the scales by making weight and then rehydrating, doesnt sound like cheating to me, that just sounds like a familiar story that the vast majority of boxers go through.:huh

Pac's feats are great but he never jumped a weight class to fight the clear cut top guy that weight (who many people had as top-3 P4P). it was a HUGE win and on par with any single win that Pac has.
