Too bad Cammarelle didn't turn pro after this, would have had a very good career.

I dont think there is such a thing as a 100% amateur record. Even the greats (Ali, Tyson et al) suffered losses in the amateurs. Also a good amateur pedigree does not necessarily mean a successful Pro career - See Audley Harrison!

 

Never did agree with that stoppage. I thought Price went down more to do with balance. His right leg wasn't grounded when he got derailed by that punch.

 

Bowe had a similar beatdown to Lewis in his Olympic final as an amateur stopped in 2 rounds but showed a more than decent chin as a pro.Maybe Price will be no different.His chin does need to be tested though,until then the questions will remain.
