Good thread once again, MVC. Brewster was an absolute animal that night. Have to say it was unfair how HBO slandered Wladimir after this loss.

    :rofl

Wlad didn't come with a good gameplan and was thoroughly battered from pillar to post. He also didn't come physically prepared. Tired after 300 punches.

Wlad was just bad that night.

  5.:lol::patsch.. Brewster landed one hook and Wlad almost died.. he wasn't a 'monster'. He was just a B Rated fighter who knocked Wlad into death.

Absolute animal in the ring. Lampley and Merchant were right to call out a glass chin when they saw one. It's sad that the guys on BoxNation never did the same last night. :-(

  8. Lewis wasn't put to sleep. he was robbed. lmfao.

are you stupid? He was ready to go against Mccall you moron hick ****.

He was drugged against Rahman . the rematch proved it.

Where's wlad's rematch against Sanders? Lewis avenged all his defeats. Wlad avenged 1 out of 3. That's 33.3%

Yes he was awful this night. To get so tired in 4 rounds and die in the 5th. Couldn't have taken the animal which was Lamon Brewster very serious. :verysad

No it's not. It's to deflect attention away from Price's shocking loss.

Difference is Wlad wasn't knocked bandy by a single punch from an old, slow and lightly regarded hitter in Thompson.

    Lamon could punch

I doubt MVC gives a damn about another British HW getting shitcanned on the world stage.

This is to relive a great night in HW boxing. :hi:

With about 30 shots and still couldn't keep him down. How many did it take Oliver McCrackhead to end Lewis ?? Right, corruption :good Kinda like in South Africa after Rahman's single shot.

I'm a huge Wlad fan, but gotta give credit to Lamon for the victory. He was getting an ASS WHOOPING up until the 5th. Brewster was a tough SOB. 9/10 heavyweights wouldn't have made it to the 5th round.

uh how did it not keep him down? He was down in the 4th kd and the ref stopped it right away.

He was pretty much a spent man.

I'm no Wlad fan, but never understood how people could give lamon credit for anything other than an atg chin in that fight. Haven't watched it since it happened, but I recall Wlad hitting him at will and taking no return shots until he started flailing around the ring from some form of bizarre exhaustion. paulie mallinaggi could've stopped wlad once that happened. again brewster deserves full credit for surving the first 4 round of one of the highest offensive outputs of any hws
