Top 15? Yeah I'd say so. I have Pea, Oscar, Gavilan, Napoles, Hearns, Benitez, Hearns, Leonard, Duran, Robinson beating him for sure.

    Basilio
    Graham
    Trinidad
    Quartey
    Forrest
    Starling
    Curry
    J. Fernandez

All those guys have looked more impressive than Floyd at 147.

Then you have a lot of arguable ones like McGirt, Turner, Mosley, Bratton, Thompson, Stable and others.

Yeah I was gonna mention Curry as well. I think H2H in his prime he could beat anybody at 147 not named sugar ray

Yeah I would...Some fights didn't happen, which as a fan, I would have liked to have but...overall, Floyd has shown a tremendous skillset and consistency. Floyd is a great fighter. IMO.

Probably not Duran, it's pretty 50/50 to me.

No doubt Dan, but he's not a natural Welterweight, not at his best at the weight, and it's a very deep division historically.

I don't see him as top 15 H2H at the weight. There are plenty of less-than-elite Welters of all time who could potentially get the better of him, like De La Hoya, Starling, Forrest, peak Mosley and so on, none of whom are top 15 themselves.

I'd find a spot for Floyd in the top 10 H2H at Lightweight, but he's nothing overly special at 147 by my view.

The only ones I pick to beat him are Robinson, Hearns, Curry, Leonard, Honeyghan. Forrest, Duran, Benitez and Whitaker are 50-50s and Napoles and Gavilan have outside shots

He'd probably beat the rest. Walker is too basic and probably not primed at the weight, Armstrong too small, DLH too stiff and lazy, Trinidad too 1 dimensional, Basilo too slow, Ross too small/weak

Did someone actually pick Zivic to beat him? That's getting a bit silly
