In fairness to Maloney he said he wasn't using it as an excuse.

 

Its placement was but it wasn't intentional and a result of both fighters moving about thus legal.

If it perforated his ear drum then surely it would mean it was smack on the ear? Even in some pics another poster posted you can see the impact zone is on the ear and the follow through makes it look as though it's behind the head.****ing Maloney.Thompsons fist wasn't even closed properly either so it really was kind of a slapping blow.

Before going to town on Maloney, actually watch the programme. He said repeatedly if Price threw the same shot he wouldn't be complaining and is not using it as an excuse.

We dont half bash promoters at every opportunity on here.
