Who is a better pick then at 147 in your opinion then since A multi weight champion who earned the spot to fight floyd is not good enough.

I don't know about a string of good wins. Aydin is a good win for Soto Karass, but not for a prospective Floyd opponent.

Ortiz doesn't even have 2 solid wins careerwise, much less in a row. He has 3 losses and a draw, are you counting those? And for those catchweight warriors, Ortiz' sole decent win came at a CW!

Honestly, theres no one left at 147lbs for Floyd.

I would say go to 154lbs if he really wants a challenge. But since he prefers to take easier fights, i can see why he'll stay at 147lbs instead and take a peice of cake fight like Guerrero.

So what will you say if he fights the Canelo/Trout winner?

so beating C level fighters in Aydin and one of the biggest hypejobs in the sport in Berto earns you a spot to fight Floyd?

    Ok.

Well ok then, so why you complaining?
Floyd haters will never be satisfied and this thread is a perfect example. Those hyprocrits will say oh Hagler who stayed in one division is awesome but if Floyd stays in one division is that he needs to fight past his peak weight to get credit. And people are doubting his greatness? When the bar is set for him to fight without any physical advantages is where it becomes fair.

Not to mention that Floyd is 36 now and people are still giving him **** for his decision to fight at 147?

The Ghost has more accomplishments than just WW you know. He moved up, like Floyd. Aydin was ranked 2 and Berto is ranked 1 in the WBC for Floyd's title, thats why he earned it.

Also. If People can accept Pac's fight with Clottey then they should accept this for The Ghost's accomplishments >>>>> Clottey's.

Floyd's six fight plan suggests that JMWs is on his agenda.

    Canelo
    Alfedro
    Pac
    Alex
and i forgot who else is all on his radar. That is not bad for a 36 year old.

His last legit title was at 130lbs, interms don't count.

Ever since moving above 130lbs, he has faced a bunch of shot JMM left overs in Casamayor and Katsidis and B level fighters like Escobedo. Wow such great accomplisments right there. The last PRIME world class fighter he was up against was Orlando Salido, whom pretty much made The Ghost his *****.

As for Clottey, i was never thrilled about Pac fighting him, but either way...Getting a controversial SD loss against Cotto >>> anything Guerrero has accomplished.
