Sure, if he's American or British enough. Of course not for me though. B-Hop comes to mind. He sold a couple of PPV's that weren't worth watching, but many bought them anyway.
Floyd proved u can be boring and do big PPVs if ur a good salesmen and trick brainless fans into buying ur fights!
Out of those 3 who would you pick to be in a PPV as a b-side first? (Obviously Ward is no B-side but he would need a B-Hop to make $$)
Depends on the opponent for most people, I think. I'm a fan of boxing, not knockouts, so I'd buy a Trout or Ward PPV if the opponent was decent.
Ward will be the B-side when the Chavez Jr. fight happens. Vazquez is never going to be on PPV. He's Mexican, but he moves too much...and no one is going to fight him. He'd have to unify at 135 and get into a war or 2 to even become viable. Trout actually has a chance with Haymon on his side. A win over Canelo(There will surely be a rematch clause.), and maybe an over the hill Martinez.
Mayweather is PPV and he's top 5 p4p most boring all these dumb casuals buy into it, then say how boring it is afterwards, then buy the next one lol I don't understand it, I think they like hearing the national anthems and seeing the ring walks and interviews afterwards
