    If Mares would of had taken a fight like...lets say Steve Molitor or someone like that. I would agree with him ducking Santa Cruz. But come on Bazooka, he's fighting a naturally bigger and stronger guy who can take a good shot. PDL has been really showing much improvements in his fight game. This is going to be a very tough fight for Mares.

    I just can't agree that Mares is ducking Santa Cruz (who's coming up in weight), to fight PDL. That is a tough fight where PDL holds some advantages over Mares.

    Are you telling me Santa Cruz is a more dangerous fight than Donaire (whom Mares wanted to fight but TR wanted none of that), or PDL??

    Maybe when Santa Cruz beats anyone of note, then we can talk.

    10 bucks for this fight, 10 bucks for the floyd-eddie guerrero fight, 7-8 bucks if boner is added in to fight another midget.

    i estimate this circus to be worth less than 30 dollars.

    Sorry but I disagree PDL is old come on now you guys are acting like this is a real step up, PDL is a belt holder true but for **** sakes it doesnt take much to become that these days.....


    PDL is not a Step up its a showcase fight against an aging champion who happened to snag a belt...

    Sure your going to argue Santa Cruz hasnt beat anybody but my counter is what is a somebody in this sport now and days? I mean for **** sakes Floyd is fighting Guerrero...... and Guerrero hasnt beat nobody significant
