Nelson did mention that the fight was definitely on a few days back but tbf he sounded like he was trying to convince himself more than anyone.

Not an expert and there are more in the know on here anyway, but if this guy was taking the fight seriously surely he would be here by now to get over jet lag ect. I have seen our fighters be over in the states 3 weeks before a fight. Its not like he is coming over on a 2 hour flight from Europe. And judging from the Hearn thread its not the only fight not happening. This could be a right mess.

 

I could be wrong but pretty sure Tony Thompson only came over around 5 days before the Price fight.

That's been going around. As far as I know, no truth to it.

 

I severely doubt VVarren will stump up what Vazquez is asking for.

 

Should of known.. This Fight sounded too good to be true. Let's face it. He can't pay his own ****in fighters.. How did he lead us to believe he was gonna pay someone elses too.

as far as i can find out Vazquez got $175,000 vs Gesta(8/12/12) and $150,000 vs Leonardo Zappavigna (12/3/11) both in vegas but also when he fought Quintero(27/10/12) the winning purse bid was $50k

 

he turned down 350 to fight broner.
