Ok guys, soon I am launching a new blog and youtube channel to promote myself and my business a bit more, with me writing and talking about various topics, and I wanted to get some requests going on about what you would like to read or hear about. From lifting techniques to dieting to mindset of an athlete to flexibility to sports training (obviously including boxing), anything you like, let me know. Any feedback or thoughts? Anything you hate seeing or hearing in this kind of thing?
Lots of us over 40s are increasingly interested in mobility stuff and I know from the interest in my own business (warm-weather training and outdoor pursuits) that more folks are interested in balancing good movement with strength and conditioning, so I think that addressing mobility and that sort of stuff could be an important aspect to your burgeoning business. Supplement advise would be good. Loads of products available but itd be good to know which ones are worth while, and help you achieve your specific goals.
