And who, exactly, did Sanders beat prior to Wlad that would make him anything other than a journeyman? His resume is a list of C and B level heavyweights at best. The only standout names on it are Wlad and Vitali. You remove them and the best fighters he fought were Rahman and Czyz - he lost to Rahman and Czyz accomplished nothing as a Heavyweight.

Nobody has ever denied that Sanders was a power puncher but there is nothing in his career, and no names on his record, to be able to claim he was anything more than a journeyman with one great win to his name. He could have been more if he had better conditioning, more ambition and was based in the US but he didn't have any of those things so he wasn't.

He KO'd Sprott in one round, Sprott who is #30 on boxrec TODAY, you thicko. Blasted out people like Cooper and Billups who gave Holyfield and Lewis hard fights, so shut your ******ed mouth. The guy couldn't get the likes of Bowe and Lewis to fight him when prime because he was too dangerous.

Sprott who has been a pro since 1996 and never graduated from domestic level? Yeah. He was really a top quality name on Sanders' resume.

And Cooper and Billups? What did they ever accomplish and who did they ever beat to make them more than journeymen themselves? Beating up other journeymen doesn't prove that a fighter is a top quality fighter. They were good names for him have on his resume at the time but they were not top level fighters, they were gatekeepers to the top level at best.

Fact of the matter is that Sanders never managed to consistantly win at the top level and his win over Wlad remains the only top quality note-worthy win he accomplished, as such he can only be considered a top-quality journeyman and nothing more, he certainly cannot be considered an all time great heavyweight as he doesn't have the resume to support that assertion.

Wow, brittards getting absolutely **** on in this thread. Everyone has been mocking you.

Exposed as haters for the majority of people to see.

"LOL we're just posting KO gifs in the KO thread!"

*fighter isn't even dropped in the gif from 15 years ago*

"WOW NUTHUGGER, it's just a gif! There's no agenda here!"

Brittards just can't help painting themselves into a corner of stupidity.

Peter ****ing Mcneely was 36-1 with like 30 KO`s when he fought Tyson....and has a nearly 70 percent KO percentage for his career, against cannon fodder "pros". Yes, journeymen (or barely qualifying as one) can have decent KO %.
