We all know that Wladimir is a great champion. He's shown the true heart of a champion, getting back up after getting knocked out several times.

 

Pretty sure anyone who gets in the ring with Tua,Vitali,Morrison,Bruno,Golota,Tyson,Holyfieldx2,Ruddock,Botha,Mercer,Rahmanx2,McCall2,and Briggs and who goes down twice in his career has a pretty solid chin...

 

And how do we know that?
Because he's able to beat Mormeck easily?
Or Thompson?

How do you think Wlad would have done in Lewis's era?


Also Wlad has pretty much been the same weight for a decade.

Lewis had piled on plenty of weight from his lean early years when he fought Tyson.

He was nearly 30lbs heavier than when he beat Bruno, He was by no means in his prime.

The shots that stopped Lewis were far harder than the punches that were knocking Wladimir around the ring on ***** street. Take the Rahman stoppage for example, Lewis was circling away with a dumb smile on his face, breathing out of his backside and ready to fall from exhaustion. He lay on the ropes and lifts his chin and Rahman obliges by exploding aa good a right hand he will ever throw right on the sweet spot. Wladimir would certainly have been iced by that very same punch.

 

Apparently Tyson was past his prime at 23.
