And you think Lewis was in his prime? 14 years after he win his olympic gold having been in a number of tough hard fights?
I don't really know the point in the thread. We all know that Wladimir is a great champion. He's shown the true heart of a champion, getting back up after getting knocked out several times.
This thread is to point out certain posters utter lack of objectivity. If the fighter they like is KO'd, it's a "clean, flush, lucky power punch that would've KO'd anyone". If they don't like them, it's "LOL glass jaw disgrace toilet paper chin bum". The complete lack of objectivity is probably why these same posters buy into hype so easily like lemmings.
Pretty sure anyone who gets in the ring with Tua,Vitali,Morrison,Bruno,Golota,Tyson,Holyfieldx2,Ruddock,Botha,Mercer,Rahmanx2,McCall2,and Briggs and who goes down twice in his career has a pretty solid chin...
And how do we know that? Because he's able to beat Mormeck easily? Or Thompson? How do you think Wlad would have done in Lewis's era? Also Wlad has pretty much been the same weight for a decade. Lewis had piled on plenty of weight from his lean early years when he fought Tyson. He was nearly 30lbs heavier than when he beat Bruno, He was by no means in his prime.
The shots that stopped Lewis were far harder than the punches that were knocking Wladimir around the ring on ***** street. Take the Rahman stoppage for example, Lewis was circling away with a dumb smile on his face, breathing out of his backside and ready to fall from exhaustion. He lay on the ropes and lifts his chin and Rahman obliges by exploding aa good a right hand he will ever throw right on the sweet spot. Wladimir would certainly have been iced by that very same punch.
Apparently Tyson was past his prime at 23. KidDynamite. According to you Douglas was done form of monster punching beast. And Lewis was **** because he list to McCall. But Douglas lost to McCall too. How can this be possible?
***gots like you who constantly take the bait and cry about it make it worse defending a boxer like he's your ****ing boyfriend........atsch and you're the least objective poster here, in fact you're a ****ing autistic disgrace
:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl Ross opened up a can of whip ass on Wlad... you see how gassed Wlad was just before the 11th and final round he could barley stand up
No you are just an hater, or you wouldn't be lying about Wladimir like you are used to do; by the way, Ross Puritty was well around during the major part of LL's career, yet strangely he carefully avoided to enter in the ring with him, like he did with a lot of other fighters... and Ross wasn't even southpaw! No, LL preferred to fight less dangerous opponents, and less ranked ones
