Is it worth putting a bet on Hatton winning this? don't really know too much about van heerden and have never seen him fight. seriously need to make some money back after having a shocker with the footy!

Surprised theres not been more on the forum about this.Like you, don't know much about Van Heerden, but guess he's the son of Hottie van Heerden,a top middle of the sixties.Really tough guy who just seemed to fizzle out.If the lads as good Matt could be in a bit of trouble especially away from home, but he put up a good show against Canelo and isn't a walkover for anybody.I might have had a bet on him going the distance at decent odds.

Not the best way to bet especially since your knowledge of the upcoming contest doesn't seem to be too vast. Bet with what you can afford to lose and only bet on what you know.

Yeah can't see Hatton getting stopped.....not if Alvarez or Brook couldn't stop him, he's a tough nut!

This Van Heerden bloke is shite. Matthew Hatton may not be amazing but he's surely got the beating of this fella, even in South Africa. The only way I see Hatton not winning is if he gets a very bad case of home cooking or if he just doesn't turn up at all on the night. He won't be stopped, no way. If Brook and Alvarez couldn't manage it then there's no way this guy will.

I'd go with a Hatton TKO win, maybe body shots. His power is a bit underrated. If not then a wide UD.

Hope not, even though it's only a crappy IBO belt I'd like to see Matthew Hatton win it. He's had a very solid career, he deserves to have a big night with a sweet win.
