    No point in doing that now Martinez is too old to be cutting all that weight. Canelo was 167 for Mosley anyways.

    Lets do it. 2 PPVs. Canelo can show PBF he isnt as hot as he thinks he is.

    Who do you guys think the Mexican fans would watch? I can see Canelo only benefitting from it. Regardless what the numbers were he would show PBF he has a following and can call shots too.

    You aren't the only ones who buy PPVs. As a matter of fact there has only been one Mexican who was a huge star. Just because Mexis as a proportion buy more than any other group doesn't mean Mexis make up the majority of PPV buys

    Mainstream American sports media doesn't even know who Alvarez is

    GBP and Showtime are not going to do that. Floyd would sell more but it is ******ed to do in the first place

    He needs to focus on the task that is Austin Trout, before worrying about getting out on PPV.

    **** sakes... didn't Austin tell him twice not to plan beyond the fight? :lol:

    There is no way Floyd fights again September 2013. When was the last time he fought two ppv fights in a stretch of 4-5 months? He gonna beat RG and will take another one year vacation.

    As much as I'd like to see Martinez vs Canelo, I think it's way too early for Canelo to be fighting the best guy in the division above him. I see Cotto or the Angulo/Rosado winner.
    I'd rather see the Angulo/Rosado winner fight Canelo, because Cotto said he was interested in fighting Martinez. That would clear those two up to make that fight! :)

    Wishful thinking. I highly doubt I'll see Martinez vs either of those guys. I hope I'm wrong though! I hope I'm wrong!!!

    And to add one other thing, Chavez Jr.'s PPV did around 400K, if I'm not mistaken. I see Canelo's numbers being at or below that. He will have good numbers, but not anything crazy. I just don't see how he could do better than Chavez at this point. Maybe I'm wrong. We'll see! :p

    Canelo vs cotto would do massive numbers.

    no one would watch mayweather next Showtime 6 fight cherrypick like Danny Garcia, maidana, ishe smith...

    Mexicans and Pr will watch that massive event.

    Martinez wouldnt be as huge but still up there.
