Is guerrero better that the margarito that was ducked by mayweather?

That version of Margacheato with the wraps, who Mayweather absolutely DID avoid, would have put a vicious onesided beatdown on Guerrero. WW is nothing now compared to what it was when Floyd opted out. Guerrero's not even a real welterweight.

 

While I agree that Margarito probably beats Guerrero due to size I cant agree that the welter division between 06-09 is marginally better than now more hyped perhaps but right now at welter its 3 atg and another potential hofer even the unproven guys are abit more accomplished then they were then

comparing the best fighters: Mayweather, Marquez,Pacquiao,Bradley, the top guys now are better than Margarito, Cotto, Mosley, Clottey
even to a lesser extent Alexander is better than Quintana.
one thing I notice is the Welters of previous years were BIGGER but as far as status the guys making there name there now are way more accomplished then there counterparts. the sad thing is now just like then we probably wont see the best match ups for promotional reason
