After watching Berto vs Guererro I say easy work for Mayweather

So he beats Margarito at 150 and Clottey/Mosley at 147 too right?

 

Void will not even mention Martinez' name. Void is afraid of Martinez because he knows he will lose. Martinez said he will fight Void at 154 or even 150, so where is Void? Hiding!

 

Robert Guerrero will surprise me if I don't see a TKO9 by Mayweather.

 

You cannot bet against PBF in this fight,BUT Guerrero brings a lot more to the ring than people give him credit for.
If he can dictate the pace and keep it at close range he could make things very awkward for Floyd.
Comparing Guerrero to Ortiz is a ****in joke,Ortiz is very one dimensional and very mentally weak,as soon as he faces any kind of adversity in the ring he crumbles,Guerrero will not,he'll fight for 3 minutes of every round.
As much as Guerrero gets into brawls,he is quite an inteligent boxer,and when he choose's to he doesn't waste many punches.
Castillo BEAT Floyd in the first fight,high workrate,pressure and throwing shots around Floyds guard.
Cotto had plenty of success,but gassed using the same tactics,he was also landing his jab at will.
As limited as Hatton was,he was landing plenty of shots in the early rounds,and Floyd was finding it very difficult to land anything other than single counters when fighting off the back foot.
If Guerrero had devastating one punch power,or very good defense i think he could win this,sadly he doesn't excel at either.I think he'll give Floyd a very very tough fight,but i expect Floyd to outbox him to a 8-4,kind of UD.

 

i question RG's power...maybe i haven't seen enough of his fights, but he doesn't seem to have impressive punching power. do the majority of people think that mayweather has more power than RG?

 

Berto not fast and slick? Speed will be a huge difference. No use in just boxing floyd. Robs pressure and workrate are gonna his bread and butter, while somehow not getting countered.

 

Not sure about more power than floyd. Ive seen vid of sparing partners saying RG hits harder and is more accurate than Pac...

 

You shouldn't have to watch that fight to come to that conclusion

 

Is this the only Guerrero fight you've seen? I think it was atypical (as was the Aydin fight) of how he usually fought. He's shown (had to show) versatility I didn't know he had at 147.

Not saying it's enough to beat Floyd, but it reeks of stupidity to say "he fought Berto this way so he's going to the same against Floyd and that will be easy for Floyd"

People watch one fight and deem themselves experts on Guerrero.

 

Both have underrated power.

I would give Mayweather a slight advantage but I think what matters just as much and probably more is who can take a better punch (slight edge to Guerrero) and who can land more frequently (big edge to Floyd).

I fully expect the intangibles that RG brings to the table to show themself in this fight.
That inside fighting will lead to a clash of heads in this fight.

Guererro is known as a bleeder & I have a feeling a cut will open up on one on the fighters at some point. I wonder how Floyd would handle a nice gusher??

Would Floyd fight with a swollen or busted eye?? (Butt, thumb elbow, blow ect..)
