With a fight this big they might try to manipulate the action a bit. My guess is they'd open Floyd as a modest favorite and try make sure to get a nice chunk on him at - money. Assuming they're fighting at a lower weight, of course.

Mayweather will be favourite, he is the widely known fighter and the casual fans will bet on him as opposed to Martinez, so the odds mightn't be reflective of the actual chances of each fighter. The same happened with Pacquaio - JMM 4, most boxing fans knew is was pretty much a 50-50 fight, even possibly in Marquez's favour, but because large sections of the betting public and/or casual fans think of Pacquaio as the best P4P, fighter of the decade, etc he opened clear favourite.

 

I think at 154 Floyd would be a 2-1 favorite and at 160 it would be -120 both ways.
