When you are a professional athlete and your performance does rely on being in the best shape you can possibly be there is no excuse to be that fat.

You don't need big bulky muscles but having a body fat % above a single digit is inexcusable.

Showingup out of shape shows a complete lack of respect towards the sport, the fans, your opponent, and yourself.

Even if by some miracle his cardiovascular conditioning is good (still possible under all that flab) he is still going to be slower, and less agile than if he was trim.

    :huh

Never understand how it shows lack of respect to anything. If opponents feel disrespected about it, they can try to take advantage of it.
If they cant he was good enough shape

Solis already chickened out to step in the ring with Larsen. If he finds the courage to step in there, the fat Cuban will be on his back. I bet all my vcash on that and Solis canceling the fight for some excuse again.

Considering your avatar i am not surprised that you don't get it.
I respect Toney immensely but eventually he turned into a fat disgrace as well.

Ultimately when you can't be bothered to give yourself the best possible shot to win you let yourself down and your team.

Imagine Toneys legacy if he had actually got himself in shape instead of draining himself completely or coming in fat for numerous fights.

That is a complete lack of respect.

It might be stupid not to come best possible shape, but I dont think it shows lack of respect to anyone.

If they can win their fights they were good enough shape, if not and they lose because of their lack of preparation its stupid.

Does that mean that you are chickening out of the challenge just like Solis did?

Since you are so certain about this, I challenge you to put all your vcash on line.

If Solis cancels the fight for whatever reason , or Solis loses the fight all your vcash will be transferred to my account.

If Solis somehow finds the courage to enter the ring and wins the fight all my vcash will be yours. I am certain that can be arranged.

Do we have a deal or will you chicken out just like Solis likes to do?

He could come in at 300lbs and still win.

Even if you don't understand how its a lack of respect to themselves the fans and the opponent you should understand how its a lack of respect to his team and his promoter.... the latter sticks his neck out to give you a shot and you don't even give yourself the best shot at winning?

How about his entire team who he is potentially robbing of income by losing when he could have won?
you think his knee would still blowout vs Vitali by a grazing shot to the head if he had been in shape all along and never put so much strain on it?
Not just talking about in shape for that fight but ever since he turned pro so the wear and tear would have been much less.

To me its pathetic and inexcusable and i never support a fighter that shows up out of shape.

    Solis chickened out against Larsen?

He pulled out as he was offered the Adamek fight before it fell through, I was disapointed we weren't going to see Arnie MC that night though!
