I think they might have attacked in weirdly similar ways, kind of counter rushes. Flowers, at his best, basically was never out-boxed. When Tiger lost it tended to be to deluxe boxers. Can Dick counterpunch his way to a rushing swarm deep enough to check that chin? Not enough footage to say
No way to really make a pick of coarse...just totally guessing. But it is a given that Tiger would brutalize most fighters that came straight at him...and Tiger did carry one punch KO power. Could Tiger hurt the swarming Flowers? Could be...Then again, Flowers could perform as he did in the Walker fight...Tough to say...depends what era you have the most faith in...
Dick Tiger by K.O. Seen footage of Langford. Langford was pretty much blind. Richard was not. Dick Tiger could do it, despite not being as big a hitter or as good a finisher as Langford...he had two eyes. Okay, Flowers was not at his peak then. But it'd all even itself out and the stingy Nigerian would win.
What needs to be kept in mind is that Flowers usually only lost to big punchers. Tiger was not a big puncher. Boxers usually got swarmed to death by this guy. Tiger might beat him, I'm just not sure how.

He was no Julian Jackson but hit hard enough with single shots that he could feasibly stun, and then finish, Flowers. I guess I'm going for the guy I've seen footage of just because it's easier to do so
