What would be JMM's main reason of accepting a Pacquiao 5th fight?

I totally want a 5th fight. But JMM should ask for everything, and he should get it.

Money obviously is the number one reason to fight Pacquiao. Secondly, legacy as he will have accomplished what no other of his Mexican counterparts have done and that is defeat the great Manny Pacquiao twice. Thirdly, he should be confident that Pacquiao will no longer be the same and that he is capable of ending the fight with one punch. The interest will be even bigger if it becomes a fight for a legit championship belt as Marquez will have the opportunity to be the first Mexican fighter to become a five division champion.

Is it that big a risk? Pacquiao's never been able to stop him or decisively win in 4 attempts, and we don't know what kind of condition he'll be in after that KO. I think Juan puts him down a few times and stops him again in a rematch.

A fight against someone like Bradley is probably a riskier proposition for him at this point.

after watching some of his interviews, JMM comes of really bitter the fact that pacquiao became this big star. If JMM gets robbed or loses then his ko on pacquiao doesn't mean anything anymore.

JMM also said that he doesnt owe pacquiao anything. The only way i see this fight ever working out is if he gets everything his way.

The reason Marquez is sticking around is because he knows he has the ball on his court now. If his family is telling him to retire and he is not doing it just proves it more. He is not staying for legacy either, he has done so much already. He is not trying to negotiate a fight with Bradley, Rios, Floyd or anyone else because he knows Pac is the only fight that can generate him 10+ million and he knows it. Bradley, Rios etc will only enhance his legacy but not his retirement fund.
