Big packed out Arena's and competitive fights? My arse Matchroom!

    Tonights card and atmosphere is poor. Sky and Matchroom have given us false promises with prizefighter two weeks ago and now this. Let's hope the Liverpool card in 3 weeks is better than this. Am I being too harsh on Matchroom and Sky or is my criticism fair?

    Old past it heavyweights with virtually no future in the sport. Plus it was in a small arena which is against what matchroom are trying to do.

    Prizefighter isnt supposed to be in big arenas. The bear pit makes it. Never judge a prizefighter line up until the night. I remember that night and the forum was all about prizefighter instead of boxnations satchell/ hamilton fights. that says alot.

    It's because Audley was fighting which is why the forum was all about prizefighter. Love him or hate him Audley gets people talking.

    You shouldnt see their "big" cards in the same way as you see prizefighter, you should see them as two different types of boxing. I aint gonna disagree that tonight has been a let down because it has.

    Smoggy my problem is that we have to wait 2-3 weeks at a time for boxing on sky and we get this shite. The only fight we've got to look forward to in the next few months is Froch v Kessler and that's on Box Office.

    I agree with you mate, if there gonna have bills every 3weeks theyve got to do alot better, bellew bill should be good.

    This card is poor and that fight then was dull as **** because Purdy couldn't be arsed. Hopefully it picks up now with Groves and Barker, they'll put their feet on the gas.

    just giving more reasons for sky to pull out of boxing, I fear for British boxing when a farce like this is on tv. ****ing Mike hennessy with a **** stable is able to put on better nights than matchroom.
