We're going round in circles here. Macklin may be ahead of them because he's not had injuries, he's more experienced etc. But that doesn't take away from the fact that, at the moment, he is above them. So he's at a higher level than they are and he's got every right to say so.
Fast starts and high output don't mean much when they come up against a P4P set of hips though do they.
And I'll reiterate, that doesn't give him the right to say he doesn't have to fight them or that they're not worthy. All three of them are top 10 contenders, fighting and beating one another would be huge for their title credentials, to all three of them. Just Macklin's had smoke blown up his arse by the likes of Lou DiBella and HBO. Thinks he's more or less a champion himself and above the likes of domestic dust up. He's wrong. He's in the line just like everyone else.
Not as much needle between Macklion and murray.. Murray on ringside calling him a arrogant twat or something on them lines..
I dunno i think Barker will make Macklin miss alot with his movement which may empty Macklins tank, plus Barkers own aggression has gone up and theres more spite in his right hand. 3 years ago id of said Macklin now i edge towards Barker
Personally I think Macklin stylistically isn't a good match up for Barker. Barker beats Murray though. Macklin >Barker > Murray
non of em are gettin any younger they should take these fights now while they still av a chance of making decent money out of em and while they r still a good contest
you obviously dont get it but thats ok , i in no way implied such, you have just put two and two together and come up with 5. Im looking at styles here not levels. Benn and Watson were better no doubt. Benn the agressor / Macklin the agressor high workrate etc Watson the boxer all arounder/ Barker the boxer and now showing a more balanced approach.
