His primary line of defense is to control the distance IMO. Most of the time he's trying to keep you at bay while throwing straight punches and circling, and recently he's shown he can avoid getting hit flush by staying chest-to-chest. His guard seems decent but nothing special. Same with his ability to slip shots.

    Guerrero's defense isn't that great.

    I like Guerrero, he's a scrapper...

... but (unless Floyd has greatly slipped) I don't see Guerrero being a problem for Floyd to hit.

I could also see Floyd walking him down.

    We shall see.

One thing's for sure - however you slice it Guerrero needs to KO him - if it goes 12 rounds there is no way Showtime will allow a decision to go against Mayweather...another reason why this fight is a bit of a joke, there's just too much money involved for Guerrero to come out the winner

this fight will be a complete one sided beat down.

Ghost is the perfect showcase for Floyds Skills.

They couldn't have picked a better opponent for floyd to look good against in his 1st fight on Showtime.

This will be like Floyd Gatti 2. It will be that one sided.

I'm looking forward to it, cos i enjoy watching floyd at his best. Although his ***** fans, who keep making thread after thread saying Ghost is the best fight available and trying to build him up as a threat **** me off.

I agree Guerrero is too easy to hit. He's also too slow and basic. Not the dynamic attacker you need to be to pose problems for Mayweather. It's a mismatch really and this fight only serves as an exhibition.
