Nothing to do with culture but with "race".

Mixed-race individuals are typically healthier, stronger, more intelligent, etc., hence better boxers too.

The greater the genetic difference between the parents, the lower the chance of recessive traits being passed on, hence the higher the chance of healthy offspring.
