I see violations of the Ali Act all the time with the alphabet organizations but no,one does anything, all 50 has done is get his guys ESPN fights that don't pay nearly what Showtime or HBO does

So far, Haymon's winning that bet. Big!

Anyway, if I recall correctly, Dirrell left Haymon well before 50 even got in the business. Could be wrong though. Will have to research.

you can't blame fiddy for trying.

plus...with too much client to manage, conflicting interests will emerge, some will feel they're neglected and fiddy will be there to take them away.

When Dirrell signed he thought Floyd was down and it was going to be The Money Team, he most likely regrets it unless Fifty gives him money as he did with his artists that didn't sale.

Yeah, but Dirrell left Haymon in about Jan 2012. He was independent for a while before he signed up again with anybody. So, it's not like he jumped shipped with Haymon just because someone else was wooing him. I imagine things had gotten so slow for him and he was not making enough to pay Haymon, Shaw, etc. He left both Shaw and Haymon, to try it on his own.

I don't imagine Haymon minds it a bit if his disappointments dribble down to TMT, SMS, or whoever.

It's not like many of these arrangements are mutually exclusive anyway. %o is a promoter, Haymon is an advisor.

50's promotional career ended when he had Tommy Smalls write Floyd in jail and told him to drop Al Haymon
