Depends on Paulie, if he comes in like he did for Cano, he will lose, but if this gets made I'm expecting him to bring his best and out point him.
His best chance is if he cuts Broner and the fight gets stopped. I can't see him out boxing Broner for a full 12 rounds and he sure as hell isn't going to KO him.
It's hard to gauge as Broner is jumping straight up two weight classes which is not easy. Malignaggi isn't a big WW, but he still has the benefit of campaigning at the higher weight classes throughout his career, up against the better opposition. I have a feeling that this bout would not be made if they thought it would be too risky though. Malignaggi's performance last time was not great at all.
If PDL can give Broner problems and arguably beat him, im sure a similar level operator 3 weight divisions higher can too
